The Turkish Music Research and Promotion Group (T\u00fcmata) gave a concert for the business community in Istanbul at the traditional iftar hosted by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DE\u0130K).<\/p>\n
The DE\u0130K Iftar Dinner was held on the evening of Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at the at the L\u00fctfi K\u0131rdar Congress and Exhibition Center.<\/p>\n
At the concert held before iftar, G\u00fclten Urall\u0131 (solo bendir), Emre Ba\u015faran (oud and ney), Hande Ba\u015faran (rebab), Hatice G\u00fclbahar Hepsev (rebab and bendir), and Bengisu Ece Ba\u015faran performed.<\/p>\n
The program featured a mix of works by Turkic peoples and communities of Central Asia alongside Sufi compositions. The following pieces were performed in order: \u201cAkkalfak,\u201d \u201cKayadan \u0130ndim,\u201d \u201cKama\u00e7ay,\u201d \u201cSeni Ben Severim,\u201d \u201cBu Akli Fikriyle,\u201d \u201c\u0130nsan \u0130nsan,\u201d \u201cAkibet,\u201d \u201cHakk\u2019\u0131 Seven,\u201d and \u201cAllah Hu.\u201d <\/p>\n
The performances allowed the audience to experience the ancient friendship and strong spiritual bond between Anatolia and Central Asia.<\/p>\n
The concert, which drew a large crowd, lasted about forty minutes.<\/p>\n
